Linnae Ponte, LMFT

Integral Psychotherapist

I'm an integral therapist who specializes in working with adult individuals and couples.

My training is grounded in transpersonal psychotherapy, which is informed by depth psychology, existential/humanistic perspectives, and perennial philosophy.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from CIIS and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Psychology from New College of Florida.

License: CA LMFT #139346

My approach is person-centered, and I believe that clients benefit most from the truth that they, themselves, discover. I utilize a non-pathologizing modality called Internal Family Systems that is particularly effective for the treatment of complex trauma and anxiety.

I am passionate about befriending our inner critic with the self-compassion and loving-kindness that can lead to liberation from long-held limiting, negative beliefs. My work is guided by curiosity and presence rather than technique, and my responsiveness is unique to each person in the collaborative therapy process.

I’m inspired by the belief that within each of us is an inner healer that, with enough safety and support, is able to have a greater role in our life to move us toward wholeness and the deepest calling of our Self.
